Your Eastern Ontario source for pasture raised chicken Remember when a roast chicken filled your house with a mouth watering aroma and your place with moist flavourful meat with plenty of leftovers for sandwiches and chicken soup.  Well it no longer needs to be memory.  At Hawk Hill we have over a decade experience raising roasting chickens.  In 2011, we will be using pasture pens to allow the chickens to live more like chickens in the sun.
